We’re a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in the construction industry, having both grown up in families who owned Residential and Commercial Construction businesses. Our parents both gave us first-hand understandings of the industry and a passion for the work.

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, we bring a personal touch to our searches and a commitment to building strong relationships with every client and candidate we serve.

Outside of work, we’re parents to two sweet girls and will be welcoming a little boy to our family soon as well. Faith, family, relationships, and supporting people are at the heart of everything we do both personally and professionally.
